Most orders ship within 2 weeks but some orders take a little longer, so we ask to please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery though yours may come sooner. We will send you confirmation number when it is shipped. If you don't receive an email from us within 2 weeks please contact us to find the status of your order. Also, be sure to check your spam and other email folders.
Yes.We allow up to 90 days for you to pay off your account. Your parts will be held and then shipped when we receive your last payment. There will be a monthly service charge of 5.95 after 90 days to hold your parts. Contact us if you would like to use this service.
Yes! We can get parts that are not listed on our site; if it is not listed, contact us. More that likely we have it or we can get it at a great price. Check back often, our inventory changes daily.
We do not yet have a retail location, only a shipping warehouse. We are not yet set up for customer pick-up but we are working on that to. We hope to have our retail location by this summer.
Yes, we have a referral program! For every customer that you refer to us, you earn 10% of the sale. Pretty sweet, yes? Referring is easy, just have that person leave a note to seller when checking out that includes the words "referred by" then have them leave your Pay Pal, Serve or Skrill (moneybooks) email. After the sale and when we receive there feedback, we will deposit you money!
